This website is run by ALGOTIQ Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15629014). Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.
We are the "controller" of the personal data described in this policy. This means we decide how and why it is used. If you have any questions, email us at [email protected].
What data we collect
- When you fill in our contact form: your name, business name, email, phone number, the service you need, your budget and your message.
- When you book a call: the details you give on our booking page, such as your name, email, business name and what you need help with.
- When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp: your contact details and what you tell us.
- When you use Instant Homepage: your answers (business name, type of business, area, services, contact details, opening hours), the logo and photos you upload, and your name and email. We also keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address to stop misuse.
- When you become a client: the details we need to deliver your project and send invoices, such as your billing address and project content.
- Technical data: our web host keeps basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the website secure and working.

Who we share your data with
We only share your data when we need to, with trusted service providers who help us run our business:
- Namecheap: hosts this website.
- Web3Forms: sends the messages from our contact form to our inbox.
- Calendly: manages call bookings.
- Anthropic (Claude API): writes the text for Instant Homepage drafts from your answers.
- Cloudflare: protects and speeds up this website, and may check that form users are not bots.
- Our email and video call providers: for example Google Meet or Zoom.
- Our development team: when you become a client, project details may be shared with the designers and developers working on your project, including partners based outside the UK.
- Our accountants and professional advisers: where needed.
- Authorities: if the law requires it.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of our providers and team members are based outside the UK, for example in the United States or Pakistan. When your data is transferred outside the UK, we make sure it is protected, for example by using providers covered by UK adequacy regulations or by using approved contract terms such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep your data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Instant Homepage answers, logos and photos: deleted 30 days after the draft is made, unless you become a client.
- Client and invoice records: 6 years after the end of the financial year, as UK tax law requires.
Instant Homepage
Instant Homepage is our free tool that makes a draft homepage from your answers. Here is how it uses your data:
- We use your answers, logo and photos only to make your draft, email you the link and one reminder, and contact you about turning it into a real website.
- Your answers are sent to Anthropic, the company behind the Claude API, so it can write the text for your draft. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
- If you ask for stock photos, we search Pixabay using only your type of business. No personal data is sent to Pixabay.
- If you ask us to improve your current website, we read its public homepage once and copy your business details, logo and photos into your draft. You confirm that you own the website or have permission to use its content. The page text is sent to Anthropic to fill in your answers. To show you a picture of your current homepage next to your draft, we send its web address (not your personal details) to WordPress.com's free screenshot service.
- Your draft link is private and works for 14 days. Your answers and files are deleted after 30 days, unless you become a client.
- You can ask us to delete your draft and data sooner at any time: email [email protected].
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Instant Homepage uses one strictly necessary session cookie to keep your form secure; it is deleted when you close your browser. It also uses one small cookie that remembers which advert or website sent you to Instant Homepage (for example "facebook"), so we know which adverts work. It holds no personal details and expires after 30 days. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it. Websites we link to, such as Calendly and WhatsApp, have their own cookie and privacy policies.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of your data
- ask us to correct your data
- ask us to delete your data
- ask us to limit how we use your data
- object to how we use your data
- ask us to move your data to another organisation
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month.
How we protect your data
We use secure (HTTPS) connections, strong passwords and access controls. Only people who need your data to do their job can see it.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we use your data, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
